Happy Valentines Day
In the context of Valentine's Day we had a wonderful meeting in the House of Unity.
Dear friends of the "Kalnā" movement!
Thank you for the warm togetherness in the cozily warm, beautiful, sincere and musically sounding concert in the mood of Valentine's Day, which completely unplanned, but very naturally, warmed our hearts for four hours. The lucky ones don't count for a long time!
During the concert, we tried to find answers to questions about love - What is love and how much does this word mean to each of us? How does love breathe, what does it eat and how does it live? Where does it live and when does it come or go? Where does it begin and where does it end? What or who are made for love? And yet it seems that no one was able to answer all these questions... But maybe all these answers are not needed at all?
As the official concert program ended at one point and the audience did not let the musicians go, additional songs were also performed in an impromptu version using modern technology.
From what the listeners said, the musician remembered the following words the most: “You have a very beautiful voice”, “Why can't you be heard in big concert halls?”, “You have a nuanced-subtle, original and very emotional performance of music”, “This was truly the best concert in my life!”. Thank you, Jāni Augustīn Vaivod, for the wonderful concert!
